C4C Rally is a youth conference, not a youth camp; we do not provide lodging, transportation, or supervision.
How to Register
Step 1
REGISTRATION OPENS ON APRIL 1, 2026!! Gather each of your individual attendees’ information and liability release forms. Try sending these forms home with your youth to make gathering their information easier.
Step 2
REGISTRATION OPENS ON APRIL 1, 2026!! With the information you gathered in step 1, you are now ready to register your attendees on Brushfire. Registration is open for MEETINGS ONLY. Click the link below and follow the instructions to register your group.
Step 3
Submit all Liability Release forms to the C4C Office and register each attendee on Brushfire by June 24, 2026.

FAQs
Who has to pay the registration fee?
Our expenses are the same for everyone, so all youth and leaders who attend have to pay to come. Keep in mind, C4C does not provide any lodging, transportation, or supervision, so anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult attending with them.
Children 3 years and younger are free!
Can I attend the meetings only?
Yes! Local residents and parents who do not wish to participate in the activities and meals with us are welcome to attend any or all of the meetings for a flat rate of $80. This fee is used to cover the expenses of renting the facility and hosting such a large-scale event.
Can I pick and choose what activities I participate in?
No. We do not offer a la carte pricing options. Because of the large number of attendees, it is not possible to only pay for what you want to do during the rally. We want every attendee to get the most from C4C Rally, and activities and team building are part of the experience!
